When you browse. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit, how they found us, and their device, browser and approximate city. It also counts uses of buttons such as Reserve a chair, Call, and Gift cards. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to recognize a returning browser. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not send your name, email address, or phone number to Google Analytics. Google Signals is turned off, so this data is not linked to your Google account for advertising.

When a page loads. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

When you call, text, or email. We use your details to answer you and to manage your appointments.

Booking and gift cards

The Reserve a chair and Gift cards buttons take you to GlossGenius, our booking and payment provider. Anything you enter there is collected by GlossGenius under its own privacy policy. We receive your appointment and purchase details so we can provide your service.

Reviews and maps

The reviews on this site come from our Google Business Profile. Our server retrieves them through Featurable, so your browser does not contact Featurable. Links to Instagram, Google Maps and Apple Maps open those services, which apply their own policies.

How we use information

We use what we collect to reply to you, schedule and provide services, see which pages are useful, and fix problems with the site. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for advertising, and we do not run targeted ads from this site.

How long we keep it

Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Appointment and payment records are kept by GlossGenius under its policy.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site does not load Google Analytics.
